There is no charge for the initial meeting, which results in contracting for delivery of explicit objectives and outcomes, designating roles and responsibilities of both client and consultant. Typically, an assessment and diagnostic phase is next, resulting in joint decisions about appropriate interventions. Design and delivery of consultation or other sessions follow, with follow up and periodic evaluation.
